My head hurts...

Oh today has been a long day and my head HURTS! Nothing went wrong today, I just went into work early and didn't drink enough water, so I became dehydrated and got a splitting head ache. I recommend to everyone to drink enough water in the run of the day, it makes a huge difference. As soon as I got home I started drinking water and my head ache is pretty dull now. So friends, stay hydrated!
Brandon took my computer with him to work tonight, so I've been waiting for him to get home to do my daily update. The picture above is how I wish I was right now, sound asleep, so tired and asleep that you fall asleep while you were in the middle of doing something. That's when you know your tired. I thought it would be fun to share some pictures from the past, this one is mine and below is one of Brandon. Wasn't he a cutie!!
This wasn't very excited, but I wanted to share my advice about water. I'm working tomorrow, which should be fun, there is something about shelving books that I really love. I'm being 100% serious, I love working at a book store, you get to organize and talk books with everyone you meet. I love the feeling of having a customer searching for a book, and then you find it! Seriously you feel useful and it's awesome. I've also been recommended so many books, that I hope to start reading soon. I plan to start sharing the books I'm reading and if I liked them or not. Why not share the books I love with everyone, so you can feel the love.

Here is a question for tonight: What books are you reading right now, that you would recommend? or... What is your favourite book?? Leave a comment and let me know!

I've read some good books lately! This is what I've managed to get through since May:

Book of Negroes was a good book. I had some issues with it, but overall a good read.

The Help was also a great read. More funny than the first. It's still sad, but had humour which I appreciated.

I just re-read the full Twilight series for the 5th time..and still love it.

I'll go through my bookshelf and see what else I've read lately. Working at a book store would be the best job ever!

Well, you know all I've been blogging about lately is BOOKS! I'm halfway through Thousand Splendid Suns...have you read that one yet? It's heartbreaking. You should get back on GoodReads.

I am reading "The Other Boleyn Girl" right now (again). How I LOVE my historical fiction...of course it does lead to somewhat frightening dreams of Henry VIII coming to behead me...but you know my wacky dreams! The kids had fun at Chapters and Ethan woke up this morning carrying out his book!
p.s. water is good...I keep a bottle in the fridge so it's always icy cold and makes me drink more!

I know what you mean about loving shelving books. I loved doing that when I was working at various libraries. I would love to work at a bookstore too. I actually applied to Chapters when we lived in Halifax, but they rejected me.

Right now I'm reading some good old YA fiction...my favorite. It's called the Sorceress by Michael Scott and is the third book in The Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel series. They're good books if you're into that kind of thing.

One of my favorite adult fiction writers is Adriana Trigiani. Check out some of her books if you haven't already.
