It's a GIRL!!!!!!

Today was an exciting day for our family, today we found out what Baby Bing is and we are pleased to announce that we are having a little GIRL!! Many family members thought it was a boy and the poll I did on facebook also strongly came out as a boy result, but it's a girl and I couldn't be more thrilled. I would have been happy with a healthy baby, but I did want a girl because they can be so fun to dress up! This first picture is my favourite because it looks like her eyes are open in it, and maybe, just maybe they are.

Today was the first day that I actually caught myself calling the baby a girl, this was before we found out. I was laying in bed this morning as the baby moved around and I said to the baby, "cut it out little girl" and I found myself having to tell myself to be careful because it might not be a girl, maybe deep down inside I knew this morning. Up until then I was thinking that the baby was going to be a boy, which would have been exciting too since there isn't a grandson on the Bing side, but we are thrilled by a little girl!

Little miss was moving loads this morning, you couldn't keep her still, before the ultrasound. Then when we got there, and she was still moving lots but in the wrong direction, she had her back more towards us, and was using the placenta as a pillow. She was also being shy and covering her face with her little arms. She was not shy though, when it came to showing us her gender, that was on full display today, there was no mistaking that!

The technician there was super sweet and where she didn't have an appointment after mine, she took some time and let our appointment go over time so that we could work with our shy girl. There are more pictures of the gang from the ultrasound but I am at my parents doing laundry so I can't load them on my computer, but they will come. The technician had me kneel on all fours to have the baby move, she had me laying on my side, I went the washroom and ate some candy. This little girl was not having any of it. We did manage to get some cute shots of our little girl, it was hard to choose which ones to choose from!

Enjoy checking out our little baby girl!

Baby Girl was all cuddled up inside today, doesn't she look so cozy in there!

look at her little bum, isn't it the cutest little bum... I guess only a mother can think that. She has great legs and sweet little feet! You can also see the umbilical cord in this picture.

Thought this was a fantastic shot of her leg and her foot, hopefully she doesn't get her mothers massive feet... although it is looking that way!In this picture she is giving the technician a little punch saying "Hey Lady stop pushing me around already!"

This is her using the placenta as a pillow, I love her little nose in this picture, it's cute as a button!

"Oh brother, when are they going to stop with all these pictures"

She better change that attitude with me as her mother, she will be a well photographed little lady

Brandon liked this one because she is sticking out her tongue

I love this one because you can see more of her little face and her shoulder, she was trying to cooperate a little bit today... trying is the key word! She was waving at her audience today, but especially her cousins Alexis, Cooper and Georgia, Miss G waved back which was pretty adorable! She was very proud that she guessed right, both her and cooper said the baby was a girl, or in Cooper talk it was a "durl"

Here is our girl shot, she'll kill me one day but oh well, it's plain to see that she is a girl

Here is a cute profile shot of her little ear and her arms, she's holding her hands, how adorable is that, gosh darn I love this little girl.

She was still threatening a little punch for all the commotion, but I love that you can see all her fingers and her thumb! Here is her nice profile shot

Beautiful little lady!

Hope you all have enjoyed seeing our little girl, there will be more pictures from the actual ultrasound when I get home later today. It was such an amazing experience to share it with our family and friends, online and in the room with us. We appreciate all the time taken out of busy lives to share in this special moment with us! Baby Bing is very lucky to have so many loving people in her life already!
