Day Seven... a week accomplished!

Saturday: Blog Goal Day Seven
Accomplished!!!!
Today I had a real treat, I was able to head downtown with Phil and Sonja for their second 3D ultrasound. It was my first time ever getting to be in the room for one and I was super excited! It was such an amazing experience, it's crazy what technology can do. To see the normal black and white ultrasound and then blam it's in 3D and you can see this little person exactly how they look right now. It was too cool. I loved being able to see her heart beating, and her little mouth moving and her arms waving around. She looks JUST like Karington, they have the exact same little nose, so I'm interested to see what she'll actually look like when she is born.
They also double checked and she is for sure a girl! Going there with them today made me want to go there some day when we are expecting, I think Brandon would be so cute seeing the baby on a screen, and I do want to know what we have- Some day! So thanks to the Nelson's for thinking of me and including me in this special day for you guys... I'm even more excited for her arrival!

What I think was especially cool for me as well going to the ultra sound is knowing that, Sonja's baby is about the same size as Finley and Emmy, but she is still inside. It was kinda neat to see the baby still growing inside, and then thinking about the twins who are still growing on the outside. It made me appreciate technology and all the advancements that have been made to help babies that make their appearance a little too early! I was also excited to learn that the girls are getting to wear some clothes know, I'm super pumped to see them in little onesies! I know I'll be taking pictures like crazy next time I get to see
them, and their wearing little clothes!

This isn't a super long post, because I'm tired and I still need to finish a few things for my lesson in Relief Society. I really hope that it makes sense, and that the sisters appreciate it. I'll give you all a little sneak peak into one of the stories that I'm sharing tomorrow. It's called Leon the Chameleon- that's him below- isn't he adorable! It's a great book, and you should all check it out, it's done by the same author who does Scaredy Squirrel- if you don't know him also shown below check those stories out too, they are SUPER cute! I own both!!

Karen, holy moly...I just noticed you have had like 5 posts in a row! You are a super star! I loved that book you read in RS today. I think I may have to buy it for my kids. It had a great message. You're lesson was awesome and made me realize I do really love RS and the support it gives us. Thanks again! I'm off to read the rest of your posts!
